    A personalised aged care referral is $33 for API Members. Non-members can join now for $110 and receive the first aged care referral free, with subsequent searches at $33. Not an API member? Click here to join today.

    1. Call 1300 130 566 or 07 3005 6666, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm (EST).
    2. We will also assist you to find a suitable and convenient facility to meet the applicant’s needs and help with the application.
    3. We will supply you with essential information to help you understand the process and, if necessary, help coordinate a visit from the ACAT.
    4. Provide us with the background of the applicant and the care requirements, including the preferred type of care, special needs and preferred location.
